Returns & Cancellations

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can cancel your purchase or return your order in accordance with the information below.

Cancelling your purchase

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To request a cancellation or return

Click the profile icon in the store menu

Sign in using the email address associated with your order. You will receive a six-digit verification code by email.

Go to your order history and open the relevant order. Select “Cancel items” for items that have not shipped, “Return items” for shipped items, or “Cancel or return” if both options are available.

Select the item(s) you wish to cancel or return, follow the on-screen instructions and submit your request.

You will receive an email confirming your request. We review cancellation and return requests before processing them. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive further return instructions by email.

Please note that simply refusing delivery or failing to collect your parcel does not in itself constitute notification that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Returns

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, Carlsberg Brand Store accepts returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Please note that the parcel must be delivered directly to the address above and not to a parcel shop.

You are responsible for the return shipment and the item until it has been received by us.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, a reduction in value may affect the amount refunded.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal for the full purchase, the original standard delivery cost is generally included in the refund. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard option do not have to be refunded. The customer generally pays the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds are processed back through the applicable payment process.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact Carlsberg Brand Store before returning it so we can assist you.
