  • Since we pack all incoming orders as soon as we receive them, you should contact us as soon as possible if you want to change your order.

    If we have not yet executed your order, you may change it. If your order has been executed we cannot make changes to it.

Questions about our products

  • The range of products in our webshop corresponds to the products sold in our Brand Store.

    Over the years many people have received or bought various pieces of merchandise. If you are unable to find a particular product in our webshop, the product has been discontinued from our product range and is no longer available for purchase.
    You will also find various pieces of merchandise in cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs, stores, etc. Some of these products are distributed to Carlsberg business customers only, and therefor it’s not possible to purchase them in our webshop or our Brand Store. 

Questions about exchange and returns

  • With our exchange guarantee you have the full rightto return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please fill out our contact us and we will get back to you.
